锦上由几位来自中国的职业女性创立于新加坡。相似的新移民背景、对海派旗袍志同道合的热情让我们聚集在一起。我们致力于对旗袍文化、设计和技艺的研究，也希望能将这一自创立以来就跟女性平权和独立息息相关、凸显东方女性独特美感的传统服饰传承下去，发扬光大。
Top Brocade was founded in Singapore by a few female professionals originated from China. With the similar new immigrant background and the love of Cheongsam culture, we are committed to the research of Cheongsam’s culture, design and techniques. We hope to promote this type of women’s wear, which has been associated with women’s liberation and gender equality since its invention.
